University of Liberia official visiting TROY

Thursday, Oct. 29 – Friday, Oct. 30:Dr. Shelton Beedoe, acting vice president for academic affairs at the University of Liberia, is available for interview on Thursday and Friday.

Earlier in the year, Troy University and the University of Liberia partnered to create, an academic and professional partnership to develop 21st century teacher education and post-secondary education at partner institutions. The initiative is funded by a planning grant from USAID. The partnership was one of 20 funded of 300 applications submitted nationwide.

Dr. Beedoe is at TROY this week working on planning initiatives connected with this program. His schedule allows for interview times during Thursday morning, and is flexible during the day on Friday.
