DOTHAN—Adults looking to jump start their education may be eligible for a full scholarship for one graduate or undergraduate course at Troy University’s Dothan Campus this spring.

The Older, Wiser Learners’ Scholarship (OWLS) is open to qualified adults who have not attended a high school, college or university for at least three calendar years. The scholarship will pay tuition for one three-hour undergraduate course or one three-hour graduate course offered at the Dothan Campus or the TROY Ft. Rucker Location.

The scholarship does not cover the cost of books, supplies, fees or any other expenses and it is available to individuals only once.

The deadline to apply for an OWLS scholarship for the spring 2010 semester is Monday, Dec. 7. Funding for the program is limited. Applications will be accepted on first-come, first-serve basis.

Prospective students interested in applying should contact Diana Parker at 334-983-6556, ext. 1204.
