TROY to offer "Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People"

DOTHAN—The Continuing Education Center at Troy University’s Dothan Campus will offer a piano class on Monday, Feb. 22, designed to get novice musicians playing instantly.

“Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People” is designed for people who want to learn piano without committing to years of weekly lessons. In just one enjoyable evening, participants can learn enough secrets of the trade to make piano playing a part of their lives.

The class will be held from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The course is for beginners and focuses on chord piano techniques. Participants will learn all the chords needed to play any pop song, any style, any key, and a healthy dose of insider secrets on how to embellish songs.

Registration is $50 plus a $25 materials fee payable to the instructor.
