TROY to offer customer service course for businesses

DOTHAN—Local business owners will learn how improving customer service can improve profits during a continuing education course at Troy University‘s Dothan Campus.

“Customer Service: A Recipe for Profitability” will be offered in two sessions on Sept. 28 and 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The sessions will be taught by Luke Kyle, a trainer with Chick-Fil-A, a company well known for its emphasis on customer service. Participants will learn how to professionally handle diverse customers, create “win/win” complaint situations, effectively handle incoming calls and end calls with a positive effect, among other topics.

The course will offered again on Nov. 2 and 4.
