Dr. Hank Findley
Professor of Management
Interim Chair, Department of Business Programs
Dr. Hank Findley is interim chair of the Department of Business Programs and a professor of management. Prior to joining the University’s faculty, he served as human resources manager for Exxon Gas and human resources manager and training manager for Chemical Waste Management. He also has five years of consulting experience.
Findley earned his bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees from Auburn University. His academic concentrations include human resources management, personnel law, labor relations, human resource development, principles of management and organizational behavior.
He has conducted extensive research in the areas of sexual harassment, performance appraisal, performance management/employee discipline, selection/interviewing and supervisory training.
