Dr. Frederick Green
Professor
Sport and Fitness Management
Dr. Frederick E. Green joined the Troy University faculty in 2004. His research expertise includes analyzing fan behavior and attendance trends in college and professional athletics.
He received his Ph.D. in the administration of sport and physical education from Florida State University; his master’s degree from Frostburg (MD) State University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. He previously taught at Newberry (SC) College and FSU.
Among his many professional activities, Dr. Green served as a marketing consultant for the Columbia Bombers Class A baseball team.
