Dr. Carol A. Lewis
Assistant Professor of Counseling and Psychology
Dr. Carol Lewis has served as an assistant professor of counseling and psychology for Troy University since 2004. She has worked as a school counselor at the elementary and secondary levels and spent eight years in private practice before returning to the university classroom. She has also taught at Middle Tennessee State University, the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Mississippi.
Dr. Lewis received her Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Mississippi. Her baccalaureate and master’s degrees were also earned at the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the Kappa Delta Pi and Phi Delta Kappa education honorary societies.
