Dr. Don McDonald
Professor of Human Resources
Dr. Don McDonald holds a bachelor's degree from Auburn University, a master's in Bible from International Christian Graduate University, an MBA from Cal State San Bernardino, a Ph.D. in sociology from Texas A&M, and the professional certification of SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
He is currently graduate professor of Human Resources at Troy University, Montgomery Campus; founder and director of Montgomery Campus's Center for Business and Community Partnering; and advisor to Tm-SHRM, Montgomery Campus's student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. He has authored over 30 articles, book chapters, and training tools, and his work has taken him to over 20 countries. Topics of interest include all aspects of human resources, including PHR and SPHR certification; corporate and international culture; co-operation and conflict; and social implications of Darwinism, Creationism, and Intelligent Design. |
