Michael W. Mullen
Research Coordinator
Director of the Center for Environmental Research and Service
Since 1985, Michael Mullen has served as research coordinator and director of the Center for Environmental Research and Service at Troy University. He received a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Arkansas, a master’s degree in biology from the University of Alabama-Huntsville.
Mr. Mullen is active in water-quality research, serving as Alabama Nonpoint Source Education Coordinator and Coordinator for the Alabama Erosion Control Task Force. He has organized and conducted workshops on erosion and sediment control with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management and other agencies.
He currently serves as editor for Alabama Water Watch and Alabama Nonpoint Source newsletters. |
