Assistant Professor, Graduate Education Program
Carolyn S. Russell assistant professor of graduate education at Troy University-Phenix City.
She received a bachelor, masters and doctorate degree in elementary education from Auburn University. She also received education from Georgia State University in reading recovery.
Dr. Carolyn S. Russell is the Library Committee Chairman, the Co-chair of the Faculty Qualifications, Performance and Development Committee and program director of elementary education, all at Troy University.
