Dr. Iris M. Saltiel
Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership
Dr. Iris M. Saltiel is an assistant professor of educational leadership on the University’s Phenix City Campus, where she serves as interim co-chair of the education department.
She completed a doctorate in education, administration and supervision in 1994 at Fordham University, a master of education degree in adult education at Rutgers University and a bachelor of science in special education from Trenton State College. She is a certified online facilitator with Synergistics, Inc., of Rochester, N.Y., and is a trained Alabama Professional Education Personnel Evaluator.
Dr. Saltiel is a member of the editorial board of Adult Learning, published by the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education and is a peer reviewer for Americorps State Grant Application Review Process. From 1998-2000 she served as industry/education field editor for the American Society for Training and Development. |
