Dr. Nadine Scarborough
Associate Project Director of Alabama Science in Motion Program
Nadine Scarborough received her A.D in Science from Enterprise State Junior College in 1976 and her LPN in 1982 from Wallace Jr. College. She continued her education with Troy University in 1990 where she received her B.S. in biology and history, and her M. Ed. in biology. She also completed 22 hours of upper-level science classes after receiving her masters.
Scarborough’s field experience includes work as office Manager and radiology technician and microbiology assistant, Elba City Schools graduate assistance program. She is associate project director of the Alabama Science in Motion Program. This state-wide program is administered locally at through Troy University’s Regional Service Center.
She has also received honors in Kappa Delta Phi, Phi Alpha Theta, Gamma Beta Phi, Alpha Delta Kappa, and Participated in the HSSMF Program which was held at Ft. Rucker, Alabama. She is also a member of the Alabama Science Teachers Association, National Science Teachers Association, the National Association of Biology Teachers and Alpha Kappa Delta. |
