He earned a Masters of science degree in counseling psychology from Troy University in 1994.  Mr. Seagle also holds current certification as a state of alabama licensed professional counselor, a licensed supervising counselor and a nationally certified counselor (NBCC).  He has formerly certified as an internationally certified alcohol and drug professional (ICAD), a masters level alcohol and drug professional (MLAP) and a certified instructor for the alabama administrative office of courts where he taught numerous drug education and DUI style driver education courses.
