Foster inducted into the National Band Association Hall of Fame at Troy University

Foster, current professor of music and assistant chair of the Department of Music and Dance and former director of bands at the University of Kansas, was inducted to the National Band Association’s Hall of Fame of Distinguished Band Conductors during a luncheon on Saturday. The Hall of Fame is located on the Troy University campus. |
