 The honor band students: they work with a new conductor, they work with about 80 other high schools students they’ve never met before and prepare a program in about a day and a half which is a really big accomplishment. But I think they get a lot of enjoyment and satisfaction out of putting a concert together, I think, in a day and a half with a conductor they’ve never met before playing music they’ve never played before.
