Troy University has partnered with Higher One, Inc., a financial services company, to disburse student refunds.
Students,
Even if you do not receive Financial Aid, you may be eligible to receive a refund from Troy University. For example, if you drop a class during the drop/add period, or if you withdraw, you might be eligible for a refund. Because, at some point, most students qualify to receive a refund, the Trojan OneCard Program is not an option.
You will receive your Trojan OneCard within a few weeks of enrolling the first time. If you are a returning student, last enrolled prior to Spring Semester 2007 or Term 3 2007, you will receive your Trojan OneCard within a few weeks of your returning enrollment.
Once you receive your Trojan OneCard, please Activate your Trojan OneCard.
The activation process allows you to make one of three choices:
Two electronic choices:
1. Easy Refund- This is the fastest way to receive a refund and the only choice available that renders the Trojan OneCard a functioning card. Choosing Easy Refund opens a fully functioning checking account. The Trojan OneCard becomes a debit card attached to your OneAccount. The OneAccount does not require a minimum balance nor does it require a monthly maintenance fee. Learn more about the OneAccount by going to www.trojanonecard.com.
2. ACH to already existing bank account- If you already have a bank account, you may choose to have your refund electronically deposited to your bank account. |
Or you may choose:
Paper check- The paper check will not be issued by Troy University. The paper check will be mailed to you. You should be prepared to deposit the check into a bank account.

Choose the refund delivery method that best fits your needs.
No matter which choice you make, do not lose the card. If a replacement card is required, a $20 Replacement Card Fee will be charged.
