Mission
The Academic Records provides academic and administrative support for students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff as it relates to student academic records, in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Transcripts
Official transcripts are $7.50 per transcript.

How to Apply for Graduation:
To apply for graduation, complete an Intent to Graduate by published deadlines for the term of degree completion. The Intent to Graduate can be picked up in the Academic Records Office. (Some locations have an online Intent to Graduate form. Check with your home location.) A $60 fee is required when filing.

Check with your home location for deadline filing dates and official Commencement dates for your location.
Graduation with Honors for Undergraduates
Honors will be computed based on the average of all hours attempted at Troy University and transfer credit, excluding any remedial courses. The last term of enrollment is NOT calculated towards graduation honors.
Academic Honors for Undergraduates
Cum Laude - 3.40-3.59 GPA; Magna Cum Laude - 3.60-3.79 GPA; Summa Cum Laude - 3.80-4.00 GPA. (Graduation honors are not awarded for Graduate students.)
How to Change Student Information:
Name Change Request
Complete the appropriate forms in the Academic Records Office. Please submit the appropriate supporting documentation. Student’s signature is required.
Address Change Request
Address changes can be submitted online through Trojan Web Express by clicking on “Change Address”.
Submit an address change in writing to your local Academic Records Office.
