Student Financial Services
How do students find out how much they owe?
A student who registers in person will receive a Registration Statement showing charges at the time
of registration. Any financial aid on the Registration Statement reducing the balance owed will be an
estimate (pending). Factors such as number of credit hours affect the actual amount of some
financial aid for which a student qualifies. Because financial aid must be estimated, the Registration
Statement remaining balance due will also be an estimate.
A student may check his/her University Account balance on Trojan Web Express 24/7.
Students who pre-register will receive a paper statement of the amount owed via U. S. mail prior to
regular registration dates.
Summer 2009 Payment is due in full on May 26, 2009.
If payment is not made in full by May 26, 2009, a student
participates in the three part payment plan. Payment due dates: May 26, 2009
June 18, 2009 July 7, 2009
If a balance remains unpaid after the May 26 payment due date, a
Payment Plan Fee of $25 will be assessed.
If a balance remains unpaid after the July 7 payment due date, a Late Fee of
$50
will be assessed.
For each account with a balance due, a reminder will be e-mailed to the student's TROY e-mail
address prior to the June 18 and July 7 payment due dates.
Student's who owe a balance after the third payment due date will be mailed a letter via U. S. mail
advising him/her of the amount owed.
Session B- Payment is due in full no later than June 24, 2009, for those students who register after June 23, 2009. Failure to pay all charges by the payment due date will result in a late payment fee.
It is the student's responsibility to inform his/her parents of any balance owed.
