Who is eligible to use this service?

The e-mail forwarding service is available to all Troy University/Troy State University alumni.

What do I need?

You will need an Internet e-mail account. This service is not a full-fledged e-mail account; rather, it allows you to establish a Troy University e-mail address that redirects e-mail to your Internet e-mail account.

Who can I share my Troy University e-mail address with?

You may share your address with anyone! Feel free to share it with family, friends, colleagues and especially other Troy University alumni!

May I have more than one Troy University e-mail address?

No. You may only hold one Troy University e-mail address.

What if I change my name, wish to update my password or the e-mail address I've chosen to redirect my e-mail to changes?

You are free to update this information by simply visiting the Manage Account page and submitting a change request.

What if I cannot remember my password?

If you cannot recall your password go to the Manage Account page for assistance.

Alumni E-mail Address (Required)

This is your current alumni e-mail address. You only need to enter your username, the part of your e-mail address before the @ symbol.

Target E-mail Address (Required)

Enter the e-mail address that receives mail forwarded from your alumni e-mail address. This must match the address you provided when you signed up.

Year of Graduation (Required)

This is the year that you graduated from Troy University. It must match the year originally provided in the sign up form.

Type of Request (Required)

Select the type of request that you are submitting. For example, if your address has changed please select Update Personal Information.

Troy University is pleased to offer lifetime E-mail forwarding for all alumni. When you register, Troy University will forward all messages received through a special alumni.troy.edu address to your own active E-mail account. This way, no matter how many times your E-mail address changes due to changes in Internet Service Provider or employer, you will have a permanent, easy to remember address that will help friends and colleagues stay in touch.

You may choose your own permanent E-mail forwarding address (if available). A confirmation E-mail message with your new permanent Troy University alumni E-mail address will be sent to you shortly after your request is processed.

Please note that this is not an actual E-mail account but rather a forwarding service which passes mail along to your current internet service account.
