Online Option
   

Returning students may pay their tuition and fees online at the Trojan Web Express Web site.
   

Students may view their account balance and pay online using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.
   

To make a payment online simply login to Trojan Web Express using your username and password, then click on the Make a Payment link located under the Financial Profile section of the Webadvisor for Students menu.
   

Trojan Web Express password issues can be resolved either by contacting the Help Desk via e-mail at webexpress@troy.edu or by calling 1-800-227-4051.
  
Check or Money Order Option
   

New students who do yet have a Trojan Web Express account will receive in the US Mail a bill from eTROY.

Tuition


Tuition for undergraduate courses is $260 per credit hour. Tuition for graduate courses is $440 per credit hour.

 

Technology costs at TROY's Global Campus are approximately $20 per credit hour. Until now it has been our policy to absorb those costs. That is no longer possible. Beginning August 2011 Global Campus will add an $8 per credit hour charge for technology


Application Fees

 

The standard application fee is $30 for undergraduate applicants and $50 for graduate applicants.


Late Payment Fees

 

A $50 late payment fee will be charged if payment is not made by the due date.

*Alabama campus students currently paying out-of-state fees will be subject to twice the tuition rate for online courses.

Scholarships 
  
Troy University scholarships are designated to recognize high school and junior or community college students who have excelled in academic and/or leadership capacities. These scholarships are awarded solely on merit. All students who have achieved scholastic or leadership recognition are urged to apply for the following as well as applicable departmental scholarships.

Tuition Assistance 

If the student will be receiving tuition assistance, the student is responsible for obtaining the correct form and submitting it to the Coordinator of Sponsored Receivables. Forms can be e-mailed to cselwyn@troy.edu or faxed to 850-244-6127. 

GoArmy students MUST obtain tuition assistance through the GoArmy portal. 

Veterans Administration (VA) 

  1. Active duty military students who have not previously used VA with Troy University must submit a VA Form 22-1990, Application for Education Benefits, to the Department of Veterans Administration. This form is available at http://gibill.va.gov. You will receive a letter from the VA if they require further documentation. Upon approval, you will receive a Certificate of Eligibility outlining your benefits in detail. Please submit a copy of this certificate to the VA rep at Troy eTROY for inclusion to your student file.
  2. Veterans... 

    who have previously used VA Educational benefits must submit a VA Form 22-1995, Request for Change of Program or Place of Training, to the Department of Veteran Affairs (and a copy to the Troy eTROY VA representative). This form is available at the GI Bill Web site, http://gibill.va.gov

    who have never used VA Educational benefits must submit a VA Form 22-1990, Application for Education Benefits, to the Department of Veterans Administration. This form may be accessed at http://gibill.va.gov. If discharged in October 1979 or later, a copy of the final DD 214 is required.
  3. Reservists/National Guard students who have not previously used VA education benefits under Chapter 106: VA Form 22-1990, Application for Education Benefits, and DD Form 2384-Selected Reserve Educational Assistance Program Notice of Basic Eligibility is required and may be obtained at the Reserve Unit.


All students filing for VA are required to submit a VA Information sheet every term. *When possible, forms should be requested prior to registration. VA does not pay to audit a class.

Corporate Tuition Reimbursement Programs 

Many corporate or educational institutions participate in tuition reimbursement programs for their employees. If you are participating in one of these programs, please understand that as the student, you are first and foremost responsible for your tuition. You must then follow your company's procedures for applying for tuition reimbursement.
