A bustling “college town” full of performance art and sports venues, restaurants, bars, parks, and retail shops, the City of Troy is home to Troy University’s Flagship campus, which was ranked the #1 university in Alabama by Forbes Magazine. Head out for a night on the town with friends, enjoy a glamorous evening at the theater, settle in to study at a local coffeehouse, cheer the Trojans on at a game, or just lose yourself wandering Troy’s picturesque streets. Whatever you choose to do, Troy’s blend of quaint southern charm and vibrant night and day life won’t disappoint.

Come to our Dothan campus and you’ll enjoy all the charm of a bustling southern town, while still earning a world-class education. Our Dothan Campus, located between the city of Dothan and Fort Rucker, is home to an outstanding faculty and staff that is dedicated primarily to serving the “nontraditional” adult learner. Here you can choose from more than 60 graduate and undergraduate degree options that are taught in day, evening and weekend classes, to accommodate busy adult learners with jobs and other commitments.

Set on 275 picturesque acres, the Dothan Campus is large enough to provide top-notch programs and exceptional facilities close to where you live and work. However, we are small enough to offer exceptional one-on-one attention.

Let’s face it: Life is complicated. Between work commitments, family, and all the other responsibilities you’re juggling, the idea of carving yet more time out of your life to commute to campus can seem daunting, if not impossible. Worry no more: eTROY—which offers all the resources of a world-class university, including stellar faculty and degree programs—can go anywhere you are. It’s not quite like a classroom materializing out of thin air, but it’s close. If you have access to a computer, you’ll also essentially be in school (think of it as getting “beamed up” from your home or office).
