Driving Directions

Coming from Birmingham and other points north of Montgomery:

  • Interstate 65 South into Montgomery
  • Exit on CLAY STREET (Clay St. is a One Way going RIGHT so...)
  • Go straight one block and turn LEFT onto HERRON STREET (Herron St. is One Way going LEFT)
  • Go up over the hill, around the curve left and down. The first traffic light is CATOMA STREET.
  • Turn RIGHT onto CATOMA STREET.
  • Go through the next traffic light, The Post Office is on your RIGHT. The Troy University Montgomery Campus main entrance is on your LEFT. Turn LEFT into the TROY - Montgomery parking lots or parking deck.

Coming from Greenville and other points south of Montgomery:

  • Interstate 65 North into Montgomery
  • Exit on HERRON STREET (Herron St. is One Way going RIGHT)
  • Go up over the hill, around the curve left and down. The first traffic light is CATOMA STREET.
  • Turn RIGHT onto CATOMA STREET.
  • Go through the next traffic light, The Post Office is on your RIGHT. The Troy University Montgomery Campus main entrance is on your LEFT. Turn LEFT into the TROY - Montgomery parking lots or parking deck.

Coming from Auburn and other points east of Montgomery:

  • Interstate 85 South into Montgomery
  • Exit onto Interstate 65 North (Birmingham) In the ramp is the HERRON STREET EXIT
  • Exit on HERRON STREET (Herron St. is One Way going RIGHT)
  • Go up over the hill, around the curve left and down. The first traffic light is CATOMA STREET.
  • Turn RIGHT onto CATOMA STREET.
  • Go through the next traffic light, The Post Office is on your RIGHT. The Troy University Montgomery Campus main entrance is on your LEFT. Turn LEFT into the TROY - Montgomery parking lots or parking deck.

Coming from Troy and other points southeast of Montgomery:

  • Highway 231 North to Montgomery
  • Turn onto Taylor Road (Hwy 271)
  • Turn on Interstate 85 South into Montgomery
  • Exit onto Interstate 65 North (Birmingham) In the ramp is the HERRON STREET EXIT
  • Exit on HERRON STREET (Herron St. is One Way going RIGHT)
  • Go up over the hill, around the curve left and down. The first traffic light is CATOMA STREET.

  • Highway 80 East to Montgomery
  • Interstate 65 North into Montgomery
  • Exit on HERRON STREET (Herron St. is One Way going RIGHT)
  • Go up over the hill, around the curve left and down. The first traffic light is CATOMA STREET.
  • Turn RIGHT onto CATOMA STREET.
  • Go through the next traffic light, The Post Office is on your RIGHT. The Troy University Montgomery Campus main entrance is on your LEFT. Turn LEFT into the TROY - Montgomery parking lots or parking deck.

Parking Information

The Davis Theatre for the Performing Arts is owned by Troy University Montgomery. As a result, persons coming to the Davis Theatre are allowed to park in any Troy University, Montgomery Campus parking lots and the parking deck at the back of the theatre. There is no charge to park in Troy University, Montgomery Campus lots or the deck.

Be careful not to park in any space marked as reserved or owned by other businesses (Alabama Gas Corp). There is also quite a large amount of metered street parking. Parking meters must be fed on regular weekdays during normal business hours. On weekends, holidays and in the evenings you are not required to feed the meters, and some of the lots owned by other businesses are available.

Designated Handicap Parking spaces are located along Montgomery Street and in the parking lots. If you have any questions about parking, ask any Troy University Policeman.

brandy vittoreBrandy Vittore
Brandy Vittore is the Area People Director for Waffle House in the Montgomery and surrounding areas. She has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources & over 15 with non-profit organizations. Through Waffle House Brandy is involved in over 15 non-profit “Affinity” groups throughout the river region & each year they are able to donate several thousands of dollars through fundraisers & services. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Troy University & is currently going back to Troy University, Montgomery to obtain her Master’s Degree in Human Resources. Mrs. Vittore currently resides in Wetumpka, AL with her husband Anthony & 2 two beautiful children Alexander & Sophia.

My name is Chase Chambliss and I am a 28 year old native of Prattville, AL. I received my Bachelors degree from Auburn University with a major in Finance in 2007. I recently received my MBA with a concentration in Finance from Troy University this past spring. I currently work for River Bank & Trust as the Assistant Vice President/Relationship Manager in the Commercial/Consumer Lending Department.

Dr. Dewey W. Todd is currently Vice President of Channels Product Management and Strategy for FIS, the largest bank service and software provider in the world and currently number one on the American Banker Association's FinTech 100 list.  He has been involved in banking and the bank software business since 1983 and has been responsible for developing applications currently in use at several of the largest banks in North America, South America, EMEA, Australia and Asia.  In his career, in addition to serving as Product Manager for three highly successful banking software products, he has served as Branch Manager, Operations Officer, IT Executive and Business Analyst for four different banks.
 
sam whalumSamuel Whalum
Samuel is employed with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a major intelligence, military, aerospace, engineering and systems integration contractor, as a Subject Matter Expert. He produces advanced professional military education courses in Blackboard using Interactive Multimedia Interface to develop United States Air Force distance learning programs. Samuel’s previous professional positions include Information Technology/System Administrator for the Air Force’s Enterprise IT Services; Director, Human Resources for Health Services Incorporated (HSI); and, Director, Human Resources at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) for nine years.
 
stephanie turnerStephanie L. Turner
Stephanie L. Turner is the Firm Administrator/Human Resource Manager for the law firm of Ryals, Plummer, Donaldson, Agricola & Smith, P.C. in Montgomery, Alabama.  She has more than 15 years of managerial experience in the legal field.  Her areas of expertise include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisals, implementing policies and procedures, billing and budgeting, and administrative functions. Stephanie completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Troy University in Montgomery, Alabama.  She is currently a member of SHRM Montgomery.

Deborah Blanton

Deborah Blanton, currently General Manager of the Tuskegee University Bookstore, has 28 years of managerial experience in a variety of positions (including General Manager, Human Resources Manager, Regional Director of Operations and Human Resources, and District Manager for a variety of organizations such as BestBuy, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Pizza Hut, and Honey-Baked Ham). Blanton holds Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, both from Troy University. In addition to serving as the General Manager of the college bookstore at Tuskegee University, Blanton also serves as an adjunct instructor, teaching undergraduate courses for the Sorrell College of Business, both at the Montgomery campus, and in eTroy.

Kelvin Moore
Kelvin Moore is originally from Bessemer, Al., where he attended Jess Lanier High School. After a career in the United States Air Force, spanning 26 years, he retired and began his section career doing contract IS work at Maxwell Air Force Base. In 2012, he received his Bachelors of Applied Science in Resource and Technology Management from Troy at the Montgomery campus and immediately enrolled in the MBA degree program at Montgomery, graduating last month with an Information Systems concentration in the MBA program.
