Technical Sergeant (TSgt) Daniella M. Newbill serves as the Office Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp 17th detachment at Troy University in Troy, AL. In this compacity she provides administrative support that includes records management, appointment letters, Cadets Pay, Cadets Scholarships, tuition and subsistence pay for 140 cadets assigned to her detachment. As she mentors the cadets, she manages their in-process, out-process and the commissioning of cadets. Her mentoring has provided superior guidance towards the cadets academic, personal, and military future and careers. She also serves as the Material Manager for the 187th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) where her duties range from providing administration and technical support for F-16 and RC-26B aircrafts along with transient personnel units to Administrating and operating supply system activities to provide the equipment and supplies for Air Force Operations. She was personally selected to serve as the 187th LRS’s primary Unit Fitness Program Manager (UFPM) ensuring efficient functionality of the program and the execution of a workout plan for members in unsatisfactory status.
