Master Sergeant Shaun M. Pearsall entered the Army on 03 November 1993 and completed OSUT training at Ft. Benning Georgia (D Co. 2-54 INF.) as an 11M Infantryman.
MSG Pearsall’s duty assignments include Cco. 2nd Battalion 7th Infantry, Ft Stewart, GA., Dco. 1st Battalion 5th Infantry and 1st Battalion 9th Infantry, Camp Hovey, Korea, Cco. 1st Battalion 29th Infantry, Ft, Benning, GA., Bco. 1st Battalion 23rd Infantry, Ft. Lewis, WA, Bco. 1st Battalion 507th Parachute Infantry, Ft. Benning, GA, Aco 2nd Battalion 503rd Parachute Infantry, Bco 1st Battalion 508th Parachute Infantry and Bco 1st Battalion 503rd Parachute Infantry, Vicenza, Italy, Warhogs OC/T, JMRC, Hohenfels, Germany, Aco 1st Battalion 4th Infantry, Hohenfels, Germany, G33, XVIII Airborne Corp, Ft Bragg, NC, Dco and HHC 2nd Battalion 325th Airborne Infantry, Ft. Bragg, NC and is currently the Senior Military Instructor for the Mustang Battalion 6th Brigade Army ROTC in Auburn University Montgomery and Troy University. He has held positions as a Rifleman, Bradley Driver, Gunner and Commander, Team Leader, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Operations NCOIC at the Corp level, Battalion Operations SGM, Company Team Observer Controller - Trainer and Basic Airborne Instructor. His deployments and combat experience include Operation Vigilant Warrior, Kuwait, Operation Enduring Freedom III, V, VII and XIII.
His military education includes Airborne School, Jumpmaster School, Combat Life Saver Course, Unit Armorer Course, Javelin Gunner’s Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course, and the Maneuver Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course.
