You will be assigned a faculty member who will be your mentor, a trusted teacher and supporter who will help you navigate your degree requirements.
You may enter the DNP program with either a
from a ACEN or CCNE accredited program. You must have a current unencumbered license as a registered nurse in Alabama or the state where clinical practice will occur, and you will be asked to provide a short essay, letters of recommendation, a resume and documentation of your education. You’ll also be interviewed by our admissions committee.
