As a student of TROY's Gifted Education graduate program, you'll be professionally prepared to serve as a teacher of identified gifted and talented students in public and private school settings across Alabama. You could also serve as a gifted education system coordinator.
TROY's Gifted Education program is one of the only programs in the state of Alabama producing qualified, degree-holding gifted education professionals who are much needed by their school systems. Not only is the program the only gifted education master's degree offered south of Birmingham, Alabama, but it's also one of the only programs allowing graduate students to earn their master's in gifted education online. This online format provides flexibility for teachers in course scheduling and participation not available in other programs.
