“Chamber Music Showcase” set for Nov. 5

TROY – Troy University’s John M. Long School of Music will present its “Chamber Music Showcase” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Troy-Pike Cultural Arts Center in downtown Troy.

The concert will feature soloists from the University as well as performers from the community, including Dr. Catherine Allard, soprano, Dr. Timothy Phillips, clarinet and matt Dunlap, guitarist. Also performing will be Troy Brass, a group comprised of University faculty and professional musicians in the region.

The concert is free and open to the public. The Cultural Arts Studio is located at 301 E. Walnut Street in downtown Troy, directly behind the Tourism building (at the corner of N.
