TROY – Troy University’s Risk Management and Insurance program will offer two pre-license classes in August.
Both are designed to help insurance professionals meet certification standards within the insurance industry, said Dr. Carol Jordan, eminent scholar in risk management and insurance who heads up TROY’s RMI program.
“Property and Liability” will be offered from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Aug. 10-12 and Sept. 26-28 in Room 243 of Bibb Graves Hall on the Troy Campus. The fee for the course, which includes the textbook, is $250 and participants must sign in the first day at 144 Bibb Graves Hall.
“Life and Health” is offered from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Sept. 5-6 and Sept. 12-13 (both weekends are required) in Room 234 of Bibb Graves Hall. The fee for this course is also $250.
