TROY Bobby Pierce Baseball Camp set for July 22 in Dothan

DOTHAN—The Troy University Dothan Campus invites boys and girls ages 6 to 13 to learn more about baseball fundamentals from TROY head baseball coach Bobby Pierce during a one-day camp on Thursday, July 22.

The Troy University Bobby Pierce Baseball Camp will be held at the Dixie Youth Complex at Westgate Park in Dothan. Coach Pierce, along with members of the TROY coaching staff and players, will help participants improve their hitting, fielding and throwing skills.

The morning session, designed for children ages 6 through 9, will run from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The afternoon session will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to children ages 10 through 13.

Camp sponsors include the Troy University Wiregrass Alumni Chapter, ScreenTech, Carr, Riggs & Ingram and Photorama.
