TROY—The Troy University Small Business Development Center and the Dothan Chamber of Commerce will host the NxLeveL Business Planning series beginning June 14 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on the University’s Dothan Campus.
The 10-week course will be conducted on subsequent Monday evenings, with the exception of July 5.
According to Judy Callin, a small business consultant at TROY, NxLeveL is designed to enhance entrepreneurial skills and assist in creating a comprehensive business plan.
“The program is designed to teach the skills needed to create, develop, and strengthen successful business ventures -- the philosophy is ‘learn it tonight – use it tomorrow’,” she said.
The business planning series, now in its 11th year in southeast Alabama, has graduated dozens of promising entrepreneurs, many of whom operate successful businesses.
The series cost is $150 per participant and includes ten weekly sessions, books and materials. Seating is limited and reserved for the first 25 paid attendees.
