International festival slated for Nov. 12

TROY—Troy University’s International Student Cultural Organization will host the community to its 27th annual ISCO Festival.

The festival, which includes a buffet-styled selection of international cuisine and entertainment by some of TROY’s more than 750 international students, is scheduled for 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. November 12 in the Trojan Center Ballrooms.

This year, 12 delicacies from 12 countries will be served.

“Thanks to the ISCO Festival, students, faculty and the community has a great opportunity to experience different cultures,” said Jennet Jumayeva, ISCO president and a sophomore international business major from Turkmenistan.
