New Riverfront Location

Community and governmental leaders have crafted a vision for redeveloping Phenix City's riverfront into a more attractive, stable and economically viable part of the region. Troy University and it's Phenix City Campus are helping to make this vision a reality by building a new academic building on the riverfront.

Construction is under way on the new 44,000 square foot Phenix City riverfront campus.  Construction is expected to take 16 months with a planned completion date of Spring 2015.  The new four-story building, which represents phase one of a two-phase riverfront building project, will house programs of the Sorrell College of Business and the College of Health and Human Services.  In addition, the building will house the Center for Water Resource Economics and the Center for Risk Management and Insurance.  When Phase II is complete in 5-8 years, the entire campus will be located on the river.
