Welcome to TROY's Office of Financial Aid
Troy University is committed to providing exceptional service to students and their families who apply for financial assistance. The Office of Financial Aid offers a variety of services and programs designed to help you find ways to meet the costs of education. We want you to succeed at Troy University.
It is University Policy that no financial aid will disburse to your student account until after the last day of free drop/add. Only courses required for your degree will be eligible for financial aid and VA benefits. If any course is not properly assigned on your program evaluation, you can request an official program evaluation through the Registrar’s Office.
You may reach Financial Aid at 1-800-414-5756 or if you would like to submit a helpdesk ticket online go to the Helpdesk (https://helpdesk.troy.edu) to submit. (If you have never filled out a Helpdesk request before, you must first create an account. For instructions on how to complete the request, please go to https://it.troy.edu/helpdesk/).
Students may also check the status of their financial aid by logging on to Self-Service.
It is the student's responsibility for complying with all requirements necessary to complete the financial aid process. In addition, the Office of Financial Aid is not responsible for the student's financial obligations to Troy University.
