About The Interfraternity Council (IFC)
The Interfraternity Council, also known as the IFC, is the governing body for the eight fraternities on Troy University’s campus. The IFC is responsible for creating policies, promoting academic excellence, setting goals, resolving conflicts, planning formal recruitment, and organizing other activities for the fraternities.
IFC has its own executive board comprised of four members from various fraternities. Each chapter has a delegate to represent their chapter on the council. IFC unites all fraternities regardless of individual affiliation by promoting positive values and fostering leadership development while forging lifelong connections to Troy University.
