Institute for Leadership Development
The Institute for Leadership Development helps students understand the nature of leadership as the noble ambition to excel and achieve compelling excellence.
Quite simply, we do three things:
- Host leadership conferences
- Teach courses for a minor in leadership
- Work with departments, programs and other units to promote sound leadership as well as lead the Chancellor's Fellows program
