students to encounter mental health challenges during this time.
Troy University's Student Counseling Center provides free and confidential in-person
mental health counseling. To be eligible for our services, students must be currently
enrolled in at least 1 credit hour, on-site at the Troy campus. The staff at the counseling
center has experience working with a variety of issues that college students face.
We utilize a brief, solution focused model of therapy to help students reach their
therapeutic and personal goals.
Students are seen on an appointment basis, which can be made by calling our office

parents, family, friends, and faculty cannot schedule on their behalf.

can help refer them to the appropriate resource.
