Special Message for Alumni

Dear College of Health & Human Services Alumni:

We are pleased to feature an Alumni Corner here at the College of Health & Human Services. It was designed to provide as a means to keeping up with old friends and as a way for the college to keep you updated on the events and programs in the College. We hope this feature is helpful and you visit it often. We welcome any comments or suggestions on how we might improve this feature.

Please sign our guestbook and take this opportunity to update your address and contact information for our alumni records. We would love to hear about your achievements and significant life events and post them on our blog. We would also invite you to make plans to come by and reacquaint yourself with former classmates and faculty this year at the College of Health & Human Services’ tent during our Homecoming festivities. We look forward to seeing you then and at other events throughout the year.

Alumni involvement is essential for the College of Health & Human Services to continue to improve the quality programs it offers. As you enter the workplace, your feedback on the quality of the education you received as a student in the College of Health & Human Services can help us identify areas of our programs that could improve. If you graduated last year or five years ago, please let me  encourage you to complete Alumni survey. Your feedback is important to us.

There is so much going on in the College of Health & Human Services! For example, College presently houses the two doctoral programs, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Ph.D. in Sport Management, offered by Troy University. The School of Social Work and Human Services has been approved to offer a Masters in Social Work (MSW), which is regarded by many to be the terminal degree in the field. Finally, the BS in Social Work and Human Services is now offered completely on-line.

I would like to encourage you to consider giving to the College of Health & Human Services. There are many options and ways to give - you can designate your gift to a need or program you are passionate about. For more information on giving to the College or University, please follow this link.

Your continued support of the College of Health & Human Services is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact us when we can be helpful to you and come back to visit us often. Go Trojans!
