Campus Tours are an important aspect of the college decision-making process. Seeing
TROY's campus in person allows you to discover what makes our University the right
fit for you.
Trojan Day is our preview day for prospective students and their families. You will
meet with student organizations and academic faculty members, learn about admissions,
scholarships and housing, and tour Alabama's Most Beautiful Campus.
IMPACT New Student Orientation is the final step needed for you to enroll at TROY.
IMPACT is required for all new undergraduate students planning to enroll at the Troy,
AL campus.
During Welcome Week, you will have the opportunity to engage in interactive experiences
with other students to make connections and memories that will last a lifetime.
Living at TROY

environment. TROY Online delivers the same high quality courses online as in our traditional
campus classrooms.
Scholarships
Troy University, a regionally accredited university, offers numerous scholarship and
financial aid options to students around the world.
The ONETROY Transfer Scholarship
Applicants must have completed at least 24 hours of transferrable (non-technical,
non-remedial) academic credit. Students must enroll in at least 6 hours each term
to maintain eligibility.
Students with a 2.50 - 2.74 GPA are eligible for $1,000/ year for 2 years (8 terms).
Students with a 2.75 - 2.99 GPA are eligible for $2,000/year for 2 years (8 terms).
Students with a 3.00 - 3.49 GPA are eligible for $3,000/year for 2 years (8 terms).
Students with a 3.50 + GPA are eligible for $4,000/year for 2 years (8 terms).
Foundation Scholarships are generously donated to the University at various amounts
with various requirements per the donors' discretion. Each applicant is allowed to
apply for as many Foundation Scholarships as they would like, with the possibility
of being awarded only one.

Select Office 365 Email under "Services" in the menu on my.troy.edu. Enter your TrojanPass username and TrojanPass password. Your email ID is the same
as your TrojanPass username. Your email password is the same as your TrojanPass password.

How do I contact my Advisor?
Every TROY Online student has a Faculty Advisor and an Academic Services Associate.
Faculty Advisors are available to assist with course selection, while ASAs can assist with online forms, registration, graduation applications and Canvas
navigation.
Go to my.troy.edu. If you have not logged in with your TrojanPass account, you will need to select
the "Login" button and enter your credentials.
Select the "Self-Service" block.
Click on "Student Planning."
Check the notifications tab in the upper right-hand corner to make sure you have no
holds on your account. If you have any holds, you will not be able to register until
they have been cleared.
Search for courses by utilizing the "Search for courses..." box in the upper right
corner of the screen. You will need to search by subject and number (ex. MTH 1112).
Find a section by using the drop-down arrow on the grey bar. ** Note: You can filter the information by location, term/semester, etc. by using
the panel on the left side of the screen.
Click "Add Section" to Schedule.
Repeat steps 5 through 7 for each course for which you would like to register. You
can also add courses to your plan by clicking directly on the course number from the
My Progress page. This will direct you to the specific course in the course catalog.
Once all courses are planned, click on "Student Planning" on the top bar and click
"Plan & Schedule." Use the arrows to navigate to the correct term or semester.
Once you have verified all courses and sections are correct and there are no holds
on your account, click "Register Now" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Click the OK button to accept the terms.
All courses should turnGREEN. If any remain yellow, please contact your advisor or the Registrar's Office to help
you determine why the course/s didn't go through.

TROY's Military & Family Scholarship: Advance your career with exclusive benefits toward undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. TROY's Military and Family Scholarship caps the cost of tuition at $250
per credit hour for actively serving military, Reservists and National Guard. Also,
your spouse and dependents receive up to 50% in tuition savings. TROY is committed
to keeping higher education affordable.
Trojan Book Bag: Trojan Book Bag is a textbook rental program which provides access to all course materials
without the need to shop around before the first day of class. To thank you for your service, TROY will cover the cost of books and course materials
through the Trojan Book Bag Program for actively serving military who receive tuition
assistance.
Veterans & Family Scholarship: Through TROY's Partnership Program, the University is awarding 10-percent tuition
scholarships and application fee waivers to all U.S. Military Veterans and their spouses
and dependents in appreciation for their service.
To receive an application fee waiver, apply now and use promotional codeTROY4VETS. Scholarship eligibility is verified by the applicant's Department of Defense form
214 (DD214).
Application Window: Submit TA request viaArmyIgnitEDno earlier than 60 days and no later than seven days before the course start date.
Requirements:
First-time TA users must complete ArmyIgnitED training.
Use the decision support tool before requesting TA.
Marine Corps
Annual Cap: $4,500
Application Window: Submit TA requests via WebTA no earlier than 60 days and no later than one day before
the course start date.
Requirements:
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher for undergraduate studies after completing
15 semester hours, or a GPA of 3.0 or higher for graduate studies after completing
six semester hours.
Navy
Annual Cap: $4,500 or 18 semester hours
Application Window:Submit TA applications via MyNavy Education no earlier than 120 days and no later than seven days before the course start date.
Requirements:
Courses must be command-approved within the specified window.
An official evaluated degree plan is required after the first two classes.
Coast Guard
Annual Cap: $4,500
Application Window:A complete TA application submitted per course must be received by ETQC no less than seven days before the class start date and up to 90 days prior to the course start date. Do not include the submission date to ETQC or the class start date within the seven-day
calculation.
Requirements:
An acceptable degree plan is required after completing the second course or six semester
hours.

TROY for Troops
The TROY for Troops Centers exist to help service members, veterans and their families
as they transition into college life. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive educational
support program that provides veterans, service members, dependents, and survivors
the opportunity to succeed in reaching their full potential in pursuing and achieving
academic and career goals. We strive to go above and beyond being military friendly
to being military successful. Our Centers are a safe zone offering a place where our
students can continue to experience the camaraderie that is such a strong force among
our military. In addition to our student lounge and computer lab, we offer two (2)
student organizations: SALUTE Honor Society and Student Veteran Association (SVA),
a Veterans' Alumni Association, a Veteran Success on Campus Counselor, and visiting
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) counseling service providers.
