Michael S. Green, Ph.D.

Dr. Michael S. Green, Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion at TROY, holds a Ph.D. in sport science from Georgia State University and earned both his undergraduate and master's degrees in sport and fitness management from TROY. He has been a member of the faculty since 2008 and previously served as interim department chair and Exercise Science Program Coordinator. His research focuses on exercise science, sport nutrition and human performance.

In addition to the wellness and fitness concentration, TROY offers the pre-health professions concentration within the Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology.
