Technical Sergeant Derick R. Stephens

Technical Sergeant (TSgt) Derick R. Stephens serves as the Office Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp 17th detachment at Troy University in Troy, AL. In this capacity he provides administrative support that includes records management, appointment letters, Cadets Pay, Cadets Scholarships, tuition and subsistence pay for 24 cadets assigned to his detachment. As he mentors the cadets, he manages their in-processing, out-processing and the commissioning of cadets. His mentoring will provide superior guidance towards the cadets academic, personal and military future and careers.
