Technical Sergeant Victor M. Rosado Jr.
Technical Sergeant (TSgt) Victor M. Rosado Jr serves as the Office Non Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp 17th detachment at Troy University in Troy, AL. In this capacity he provides administrative support that includes records management, appointment letters, Cadets Pay, Cadets Scholarships, tuition and subsistence pay for 75 cadets assigned to his detachment. As he mentors the cadets, he manages their in-processing, out-processing, and the commissioning of cadets. His mentoring will provide superior guidance towards the cadets academic, personal, and military future and careers.
