Biography
Lieutenant Colonel Joshua E. Joseph, a native of Sango, Tennessee, graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University in 2010 and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the Military Intelligence (MI) Branch. He also holds masters degrees in business management from the University of Florida and in Operational Studies from Command and General Staff College.
After completing the Military Intelligence Basic Officer Leadership Course, LTC Joseph began his career in Germany, serving as a Signals Intelligence Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer and later Battalion S4. Following graduation from the Military Intelligence Captain's Career Course at Fort Huachuca in 2015, he joined the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), where he held several intelligence leadership positions, including Assistant S2, Battalion S2 and Regiment S2. He also commanded Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 101st Special Troops Battalion, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
LTC Joseph is a graduate of the MI Basic Officer Leadership Course, MI Captain's Career Course, Command and General Staff Officer Course (Superior Graduate), Airborne School, Air Assault School, Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape (SERE-C: High Risk), Officer Combat Skills, Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operator Course, and Space Enabler Course.
LTC Joseph's awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal with a “C' device and three Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Achievement Medal with three Oak Leaf Cluster, Meritorious Unit Award, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with two campaign stars, Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terror Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (numeral 2), NATO Medal, Army Basic Space Badge, Parachutist Badge and Air Assault Badge.
LTC Joseph's operational deployments include Djibouti; Operation Freedom's Sentinel, Afghanistan; Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan; and two tours during Operation Inherent Resolve, Iraq.

Captain Jeffrey Gregory

Biography
Captain Jeffrey Gregory began his military studies at R.S Central High School Marine Corps JROTC, graduating in 2004 as Cadet Sergeant. He received his Bachelor of Arts in American History with a minor in physics and a special focus study in foreign languages from Appalachian State University in May 2008. Following his graduation, he enlisted into the United States Army and attended basic training at Fort Benning in March 2013. After achieving the rank of Specialist, he attended Officer Candidate School and commissioned as an officer on June 5, 2014.
CPT Gregory has completed multiple courses and studies, including Airload Planners, GCSS Army Warehouse and Maintenance Management, Environmental Protection Officer Course, Contracting Officer, and Support Operations Level I and II.
His awards and medals include two Army Commendation Medals, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and the Over Seas Service Ribbon.
Sergeant First Class Jeffry Silba
Military Science Instructor
Biography
Sergeant First Class Jeffry Silba enlisted into the Army in July 2006 and attended One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Upon completion of training, he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 19D, Cavalry Scout.
SFC Silba has deployed to Iraq, Egypt, Afghanistan and Poland, and has lived at duty stations across Texas and Georgia. He has served as Bradley Fighting Vehicle Gunner, Dismount Team Leader, Section Leader, Operations Sergeant Major, Cavalry Instructor and Cavalry Platoon Sergeant.
His awards and medals include Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal 6 OLC, Army Achievement Medal 6 OLC, Army Good Conduct Medal- 6th award, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal one campaign star, Iraq Campaign Medal two Campaign stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development with number 3 device, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon with numeral five, NATO Ribbon, Armed Forces Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Ribbon 2OLC, Meritorious Unit Citation, Combat Action Badge, Army Basic Instructor Badge, and German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge.
