Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Fancey

Biography
Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Fancey, a native of Rockville, Maryland, earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2007 and commissioned as an Infantry officer. He later earned an M.S. in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2023.
His military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Military Intelligence Captains Career Course, Command and General Staff College, and Joint and Combined Warfighting School.
LTC Fancey's assignments include service with the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment in Alaska; the 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg; and command of the U.S. Army Recruiting Company in Charleston, South Carolina. He later served with the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade (Airborne), 82nd Airborne Division, and U.S. Southern Command, and most recently as Deputy Corps G-2 and Analysis and Control Element Chief, III Armored Corps, Fort Hood, Texas.
He has deployed four times in support of the Global War on Terror—three times to Afghanistan and once to Iraq.
His awards include two Bronze Stars, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals, and numerous commendations and unit citations. He holds the Combat Action Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, Silver Army Recruiter Badge, and multiple foreign parachutist badges. LTC Fancey is also a recipient of the Military Intelligence Corps' Knowlton Award.

Captain Jeffrey Gregory

Biography
Captain Jeffrey Gregory began his military studies at R.S Central High School Marine Corps JROTC, graduating in 2004 as Cadet Sergeant. He received his Bachelor of Arts in American History with a minor in physics and a special focus study in foreign languages from Appalachian State University in May 2008. Following his graduation, he enlisted into the United States Army and attended basic training at Fort Benning in March 2013. After achieving the rank of Specialist, he attended Officer Candidate School and commissioned as an officer on June 5, 2014.
CPT Gregory has completed multiple courses and studies, including Airload Planners, GCSS Army Warehouse and Maintenance Management, Environmental Protection Officer Course, Contracting Officer, and Support Operations Level I and II.
His awards and medals include two Army Commendation Medals, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and the Over Seas Service Ribbon.
Sergeant First Class Jeffry Silba
Military Science Instructor
Biography
Sergeant First Class Jeffry Silba enlisted into the Army in July 2006 and attended One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Upon completion of training, he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 19D, Cavalry Scout.
SFC Silba has deployed to Iraq, Egypt, Afghanistan and Poland, and has lived at duty stations across Texas and Georgia. He has served as Bradley Fighting Vehicle Gunner, Dismount Team Leader, Section Leader, Operations Sergeant Major, Cavalry Instructor and Cavalry Platoon Sergeant.
His awards and medals include Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal 6 OLC, Army Achievement Medal 6 OLC, Army Good Conduct Medal- 6th award, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal one campaign star, Iraq Campaign Medal two Campaign stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development with number 3 device, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon with numeral five, NATO Ribbon, Armed Forces Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Ribbon 2OLC, Meritorious Unit Citation, Combat Action Badge, Army Basic Instructor Badge, and German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge.
