2021 Scholarship Donor and Recipient Brunch
Thank you to those who joined us for our virtual Scholarship Brunch on March 27. Everyone enjoyed the message from Dr. Imogene Mathison Mixson as she shared what being a scholarship donor means to her personally along with heartfelt messages from some of our scholarship recipients. Dr. Hawkins concluded the program honoring the memory of Dr. Fred Davis by renaming the scholarship brunch the Fred B. Davis Scholarship Brunch and sharing a special video reflecting on his legacy at TROY.
If you were not able to join us for the virtual presentation, we have provided the link below so that you may enjoy watching at your pleasure.
At TROY, we believe in providing students with scholarship opportunities through the generous donations of our alumni and friends. Whether the student is eligible for scholarships with GPA requirements or something as specific as geographical location, area of study or essay-writing abilities, TROY has plenty of financial aid opportunities available for you. Our donors have worked with our development staff to provide a wide array of opportunities for students in need of a scholarship to help further their education. The annual Scholarship Donor and Recipient Brunch is a time for the University and Student Recipients to say thank you to our donors. Students have the opportunity to meet the donors and say THANK YOU face to face. Join us this year as we celebrate the generosity of our alumni and friends who have so graciously given back to Troy University.
