Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find my I-20/DS-2019?
To be able to receive your I-20/DS-2019, you need to set up your TrojanPass. Your immigration document (I-20/DS-2019) will ONLY be emailed to your troy.edu email address. You will have access to this email after you set up your TrojanPass.
How do I set up my Trojan Pass?

Please view the video linked here with steps on how to set up your TrojanPass.

It is very important that you don't use text messages as a way to authenticate your log-in. You need to download the Authenticator app and use this. The reason is that you will not have the same phone number in the US as you do in your home country. Therefore, as soon as you arrive in the US and change your phone number, you will not be able to authenticate your log-in. When using the app as your authenticator, it doesn't matter what your phone number is!

What are the housing options in Troy?

On-campus housing can be applied for online.  If you are applying for housing after the deadline, please contact arrival@troy.edu. There are several off-campus housing options within walking distance of the campus.

Please contact your international student advisor for a move-in date. Troy University will work with international students that are going to live on-campus prior to the International Student Orientation.
