Trojan Book Bag Program

The Trojan Book Bag program is a Barnes & Noble (B&N) textbook rental program that provides students with their required textbooks and course materials by the first day of class.  All students (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral) are automatically enrolled in Troy University's Trojan Book Bag program upon registration for each term/semester.

If a student wishes not to participate in the Trojan Book Bag program, students may “opt-out” from the program through the Trojan Book Bag opt-out link located below or through the link that was emailed to the student from Barnes & Noble.  Please see the academic calendar for opt-out deadlines.

How to Order Textbooks

Barnes and Noble is the bookstore for all TROY students.

Trojan Book Bag

Students should only order textbooks through Barnes & Noble if they have OPTED OUT of the Trojan Book Bag program.  If students purchase textbooks outside the Trojan Book Bag program and do not opt-out of the program, they will essentially pay twice for their textbooks.
